美國知識產權法專業(yè)介紹

在美國，知識產權法(Intellectual Property Law, IP)屬于廣義民法學的范疇，是調整民事主體之間關于知識產權的法律規(guī)定的統稱。其內容基本包括專利法、商標法、著作權法、不正當競爭法(商業(yè)秘密法)等特別法。

知識產權法涉及以下幾個主要方面：

Trademark、Copyright、Trade Secret、Patent、Licensing

在課程的設置上不得不提的就是NYU：針對IP方向有40多門課程。在紐大，IP方向也叫作IP and Information Law，而其中的特色課程更是涉及Fashion Law and Business。
