<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">學(xué)生在3月初簽約我們。對(duì)大部分的留學(xué)申請(qǐng)者來說，3月份可能感覺不晚。但是那會(huì)學(xué)生就已經(jīng)有了緊迫感。她覺得自己實(shí)習(xí)欠缺，只在法院實(shí)習(xí)過。一開始是想考研，所以沒參加過很多科研，只有一段劍橋的一個(gè)寒假國(guó)際貿(mào)易法項(xiàng)目。</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">其實(shí)這樣的經(jīng)歷并不算單薄，不過因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的定校是LSE、UCL、NUS、港大，我們希望在和同批的申請(qǐng)者對(duì)比中能幫學(xué)生再增加點(diǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。所以我們當(dāng)時(shí)有考慮過一些法學(xué)背景的學(xué)生能參與的科研項(xiàng)目，比如模擬法庭、校內(nèi)的科研課題等，但是模擬法庭比賽一般是下半年，當(dāng)時(shí)時(shí)間不合適，而找了一圈，發(fā)現(xiàn)校內(nèi)目前也沒有可用的資源。</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">湊巧的是，當(dāng)時(shí)校內(nèi)還有暑校的項(xiàng)目能報(bào)名，所以學(xué)生選擇參加了愛丁堡大學(xué)的暑校，并且完成撰寫相關(guān)的課程論文，這為學(xué)生的申請(qǐng)?jiān)鎏砹艘恍┝咙c(diǎn)。</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">除了劍橋的國(guó)際貿(mào)易法項(xiàng)目+愛丁堡暑校之外，考慮專業(yè)相關(guān)度，我們選擇2段個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)跨境侵權(quán)+境外仲裁的相關(guān)高分的課程論文，并隨著后續(xù)的學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，不斷填充和豐富文書素材。</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">在確定文書素材的過程中，我們與學(xué)生進(jìn)行了多次討論和反復(fù)修改，幫助學(xué)生突出她的學(xué)術(shù)能力和專業(yè)興趣，強(qiáng)調(diào)她在相關(guān)課程中的優(yōu)異表現(xiàn)和研究成果，展示她在實(shí)習(xí)中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和所取得的成就。正是早早確定了大致的文書素材和經(jīng)歷，學(xué)生才可以安心地進(jìn)行后續(xù)的語言復(fù)習(xí)和實(shí)習(xí)。</span></p>

<h1 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>雅思——超強(qiáng)執(zhí)行力</strong></span></h1>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">考慮到學(xué)生暑假要做實(shí)習(xí)+暑校，所以我當(dāng)時(shí)規(guī)劃的是學(xué)期結(jié)束前進(jìn)行雅思考試和刷分。大三下學(xué)期課程又是比較多的時(shí)候，了解到4月底學(xué)生有7門課要結(jié)課考試，5月份課程少。所以后續(xù)規(guī)劃中的安排是3-4月份學(xué)生要沉浸學(xué)習(xí)，準(zhǔn)備考試，盡力去提升自己的GPA。5月份系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)，6月中旬進(jìn)行雅思考試。</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">這個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間是緊張的，但學(xué)生目標(biāo)明確，執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)，英語基礎(chǔ)好，所以第一次就考出了雅思7.5（L7.5，R7.5，W6.5，S8.0）的成績(jī)。</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">英國(guó)院校不僅卡list還會(huì)卡學(xué)生的均分，GPA在申請(qǐng)中的重要性不言而喻。這點(diǎn)也是我們和學(xué)生反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)的。所以她對(duì)GPA重要性的認(rèn)知是刻進(jìn)骨子里的。</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">在4、5月份考試集中期，我們沒有規(guī)劃其他安排，給學(xué)生心無旁騖、充足的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間?？梢钥吹?，學(xué)生基本每一天的復(fù)習(xí)與計(jì)劃都是非常明晰的。這當(dāng)中付出的努力和汗水，我們有目共睹，最終學(xué)生的GPA達(dá)到了87.58。</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">或許不是90+這樣一騎絕塵的成績(jī)，但相比之前，GPA是上升的，不會(huì)成為她申請(qǐng)的短板。而這也為學(xué)生拿到UCL LLM的錄取打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。如果學(xué)生更早開始規(guī)劃留學(xué)，有意識(shí)地提升自己的GPA，或許LSE也更有機(jī)會(huì)。但當(dāng)下，學(xué)生已經(jīng)做到最好。</span></p>

<h1 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>實(shí)習(xí)：豐富資源任君挑選</strong></span></h1>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">學(xué)生真的在4、5月份太忙了，沒有時(shí)間和精力去找實(shí)習(xí)。并且一般法院、檢察院的實(shí)習(xí)不太會(huì)公開招聘的。很多著名的律所也是，通過官方渠道發(fā)布實(shí)習(xí)生招募信息的不多。信息分散且凌亂，如果僅靠學(xué)生自己去找，可能得花點(diǎn)時(shí)間在上面。而我們簽約學(xué)員有內(nèi)推的實(shí)習(xí)庫(kù)的資源，所以問清楚學(xué)生具體的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，我就開始幫學(xué)生搜集整理相關(guān)的實(shí)習(xí)信息，匯總為實(shí)習(xí)表格，讓她可以直接投遞。同時(shí)我讓她關(guān)注校內(nèi)發(fā)布的實(shí)習(xí)資源。所以一個(gè)月暑?；貋碇?，她可以快速進(jìn)入實(shí)習(xí)。</span></p>
