放棄保研，跳出舒適圈去留學(xué)</strong></span></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>L同學(xué)她做留學(xué)決定的時(shí)比較晚，大三下才開始，之前的她一直在為保研做準(zhǔn)備，甚至是有機(jī)會(huì)保到復(fù)旦大學(xué)的，所以一開始并沒(méi)有對(duì)留學(xué)產(chǎn)生太多想法，just想簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的保研到上海&mdash;&mdash;她很喜歡的城市。</p> <p><br />不過(guò)后來(lái)隨著時(shí)間的推移，她發(fā)現(xiàn)去國(guó)外留學(xué)也是一種很好的人生體驗(yàn)，雖然要花費(fèi)比在國(guó)內(nèi)讀研更多金錢，但是從長(zhǎng)期人生發(fā)展來(lái)看，能夠給到她自己更多的東西，能看到更廣闊的世界，也想通過(guò)留學(xué)倒逼自己一把，離開舒適圈，便毅然決然的放棄了保研，放棄了簽字，就這樣踏上了留學(xué)的旅途。</p> <p><br />或許這才是留學(xué)真正的本質(zhì)，不是為了逃避考研，也不是為了逃避工作，也不是像各種所謂的&ldquo;水個(gè)碩士&rdquo;，而是為了挑戰(zhàn)自己，改變自己，L同學(xué)的這份勇氣和行動(dòng)力也是她最后成功的原因之一。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>02&nbsp; 不盲目投遞，提升背景穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打</strong></span></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>回到留學(xué)這塊，得益于她之前在為保研做努力的基礎(chǔ)，雖然標(biāo)化成績(jī)比較普通，但是有著優(yōu)秀的績(jī)點(diǎn)+還不錯(cuò)的經(jīng)歷，留學(xué)之路起步雖晚，但還是可以進(jìn)行超車的。</p> <p><br />L同學(xué)最后敲定的主申地區(qū)是新加坡和美國(guó)，因?yàn)橛X(jué)得&ldquo;去美國(guó)留學(xué)能使她個(gè)人的能力得到最大程度的提升&rdquo;，然后結(jié)合了就業(yè)情況和自身特點(diǎn)，選擇了金工金數(shù)+商業(yè)分析作為申請(qǐng)方向。</p> <p><br />這個(gè)方向都是非常量化的申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目，像哥大的ba就非?？粗厣暾?qǐng)者的數(shù)理背景，偏好申請(qǐng)者有硬核的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)的名企實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷和數(shù)學(xué)建模的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和扎實(shí)編程基礎(chǔ)。再例如康奈爾的金工，因?yàn)樽詈笠粋€(gè)學(xué)期可以去紐約曼哈頓校區(qū)，找工作非常方便。但這個(gè)項(xiàng)目招的人每年大概只在30-50人左右，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常大，所以對(duì)于同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，補(bǔ)一段量化實(shí)習(xí)是必須的事情。</p> <p><br />但L同學(xué)做決定的時(shí)候已經(jīng)8，9月份了，正常已經(jīng)要開始申請(qǐng)了，所幸新美這兩個(gè)地區(qū)對(duì)于申請(qǐng)時(shí)間并不會(huì)特別敏感，雖然早申也會(huì)有優(yōu)勢(shì)，但也不會(huì)像香港地區(qū)錯(cuò)過(guò)了一二輪基本等于錯(cuò)過(guò)了申請(qǐng)季。根據(jù)以上專業(yè)+地區(qū)的情況判斷，再結(jié)合L同學(xué)的行動(dòng)力，我們針對(duì)性的幫L同學(xué)做好了時(shí)間規(guī)劃，打好時(shí)間差，不需要隨波逐流的去著著急急投遞申請(qǐng)，而是定下心來(lái)，去爭(zhēng)分奪秒的豐富經(jīng)歷和提高標(biāo)化成績(jī)（托福和gre）再提交申請(qǐng)。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>03&nbsp;
